As you ski, an immense amount of thermal energy is produced which is generated naturally by your body during exercise. Typically, this heat escapes through a ski boot’s liner and hard plastic shell.

SNÜX | OVERBOOT preserves and amplifies this thermal energy through our proprietary nanomembrane, sending heat back down to your feet.

Our proprietary nanomembrane structure has been engineered to allow thermal energy at a molecular level, emitted from your body (+you), to be captured and amplified. This new nano fiber structure utilizes cutting-edge advancements in thermodynamics to store thermal energy, which automatically generates heat which is maintained as you ski. Two ultra-thin insulating layers of high-performance neoprene rubber protect against heat loss and further increase thermodynamic control.

COZYTECH® and the SNÜX | OVERBOOT have been simultaneously tested by a team of scien-tists that conduct thermal research for NASA. A simulated outdoor environment of -78.5°C (-109.3°F) was used to conduct a series of tests. Results are visualised by the thermal images.

Prominent purple regions are visible when the ski boot is unprotected (Before), representing aninternal temperature of -10°C (14°F). Results display a total lack of purple regions when the skiboot is protected by the SNÜX | OVERBOOT.
